The dispatch of our products takes place with our logistics partner DHL.

All chillisy packages around the globe are insured. Each package receives a tracking number with which the current status can be checked online.

If a package is lost on the way to you, you will receive another package with the same content.

Notes on shipping to Switzerland, non-EU member states and the rest of the world (excluding: European Union):

Invoicing takes place in euros and without the Austrian VAT of currently 20%. Customs handling fees and applicable VAT in the destination country will be charged to the consignee by customs. Please note that all applicable customs duties and VAT amounts are borne by the recipient, this also applies to returns from non-EU member states.

Delivery time

The delivery time for items usually takes 2 to 5 business days from receipt of payment.

Delivery Information

The delivery time for your order will be shown to you in an online order in the shopping cart and communicated in person by a telephone order by our staff. If you have given us your e-mail address when placing your order, we will also send you an order confirmation in which you will be confirmed once again. Your e-mail address will also provide you with additional helpful information in connection with your order, such as: Delivery and returns confirmations.

Delays

If some items are not available at short notice or the promised delivery time is delayed, you will be informed by e-mail.

Broadcast Division

If the waiting time is too long, we automatically carry out a distribution of the consignment, ie you will receive the deliverable items and the delayed items will follow in a separate package. If we have your e-mail address, we will inform you with a delivery confirmation about the dispatch of your order in several packages.

Logistics Partner

The ordered items will be packed by us as soon as possible and handed over to our logistics partner DHL ready to ship. Please note that we have no influence on delays caused by our logistics partner.

Shipment Tracking

Based on your parcel identification number / shipment number, you can always find out about the current shipment status of your parcel, if the shipping method does not contain parcel tracking. For more information on shipment tracking, please refer to your delivery confirmation by e-mail or our telephone customer service.
